A well-defined approach for hunting and closing new business is necessary, and you must be in the top 20 percent of your sales organization. You will possibly be required to show sales stats or monthly newsletters to prove your standing. You will need to be disciplined and self-motivated with good telephone and face-to-face presentation skills. This position is very lucrative for people who have been consistent producers in their sales careers.A college degree, job stability, and the ability to finish are musts.
